Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development:
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company's business goals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key partners to enhance collaboration and mutual success.
2. Affiliate Program Management:
• Design and implement affiliate marketing programs to expand the company's reach and drive revenue.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates to ensure alignment with brand values and objectives.
3. Revenue Generation:
• Implement strategies to optimize revenue streams through partnerships and affiliates.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
4. Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align partnership efforts with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create marketing collateral and promotional materials for affiliates.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Provide regular reports on the performance of partnerships and affiliate programs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (2-4 years) in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or a related role.
