Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for gifting and bulk orders.
- Understand client requirements and recommend personalized gifting solutions from Vaaree's product range.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from pitching to negotiation, closing, and coordination with internal teams for fulfillment.
- Handle negotiations, pricing, and closure of deals while ensuring high margins and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of orders, maintaining quality and brand standards.
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to navigate changing business needs.
- Strategic thinker who can craft and execute effective sales and growth strategies.
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Track sales metrics and report performance to leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or similar client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer orientation with a flair for building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in the home décor/lifestyle, restaurant category is a plus.
- Enthusiasm to grow a business vertical from the ground up.
