Key Responsibilities:-
Influencer Discovery & Outreach
● Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across lifestyle, home decor, and related categories
● Reach out, initiate conversations, and manage creator interest pipelines.
● Negotiation & Contracting
● Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
● Coordinate contracts/POs with finance and procurement.
Campaign Execution
● Share briefs and content guidelines with influencers.
● Coordinate product dispatches and manage content timelines.
● Review and approve influencer content for brand alignment.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
● Track influencer performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
● Prepare reports with insights, ROI analysis, and recommendations.
Relationship Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies.
● Develop a reliable creator pool for ongoing collaborations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with creative, performance marketing, and product teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand goals and messaging.
● Coordinate influencer deliverables to integrate smoothly with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional calendars.
● Ensure seamless execution and communication across internal teams for timely campaign rollout.
Requirements:-
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with an influencer marketing agency or a consumer brand.
● Strong understanding of influencer analytics, platform metrics, and campaign KPIs.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
● A keen eye for content trends, aesthetics, and creator authenticity.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, startup environment.
