Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Assist in creating monthly content calendars in line with brand objectives.
- Coordinate content creation, scheduling, posting, and performance tracking.
- Engage with the community across platforms to drive conversations and brand affinity.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to execution and tracking go-lives.
- Analyze performance and optimize influencer partnerships.
Community Building
- Nurture and grow the brand’s online community.
- Monitor sentiment and feedback, and share insights with the brand team.
- Proactively engage with customers and followers to create a strong brand presence.
Brand Management Support
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing brand campaigns and partnerships.
- Support with competitor analysis, consumer research, and brand strategy inputs.
- Work cross-functionally with design, content, and other teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or influencer management.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and current social trends.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
