About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Brand Associate to support the brand team in building and executing marketing initiatives across social media, influencer marketing, community engagement, and brand campaigns. This role will work closely with the Brand Manager and gain hands-on experience in all facets of brand management.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Assist in creating monthly content calendars in line with brand objectives.
- Coordinate content creation, scheduling, posting, and performance tracking.
- Engage with the community across platforms to drive conversations and brand affinity.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to execution and tracking go-lives.
- Analyze performance and optimize influencer partnerships.
Community Building
- Nurture and grow the brand’s online community.
- Monitor sentiment and feedback, and share insights with the brand team.
- Proactively engage with customers and followers to create a strong brand presence.
Brand Management Support
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing brand campaigns and partnerships.
- Support with competitor analysis, consumer research, and brand strategy inputs.
- Work cross-functionally with design, content, and other teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or influencer management.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and current social trends.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative thinker who’s excited to grow in the brand marketing space.
